Xerostomia (Dry Mouth)

A fancy term for dry mouth, xerostomia is a condition that can have serious health and lifestyle consequences for patients. We were fortunate enough to work with the leading sialagogue, a fancy term for saliva producing agent, in two separate indications: dry mouth associated with head and neck radiation and dry mouth resulting from Sjögren’s syndrome, an autoimmune disorder.
